Trade
When an order is executed, it becomes a confirmed trade whereby ownership of the CTR is transferred.
Understanding Trade
GigaStar Trading is a marketplace where Investors can buy and sell Channel Revenue CRTs, or CRTs, that are tied to real YouTube Creators.
When you own a CRT, you own a small piece of that Creator's monthly YouTube ad earnings. And when you want to buy or sell those CRTs, GigaStar Trading is where that happens.
A trade is the exchange of one asset for another between two parties. In financial markets, it typically refers to buying or selling a security (like a stock, bond, or, in this case, a CRT) at an agreed-upon price.
Key Points to Remember
- Trade is regulated by the SEC under Regulation Crowdfunding
- All investments carry risk — past performance doesn't guarantee future results
- Review all offering documents carefully before investing
