For Investors
Do I own part of a Creator's YouTube channel?
No. CRTs represent contractual rights to a share of a Creator's YouTube revenue—not ownership of their channel, content, or intellectual property. Creators maintain full control of their channel, creative decisions, and all other business activities. Your CRT entitles you to receive Monthly distributions based on the revenue-share percentage specified in the offering documents.
