Can I cancel my investment?

Under Regulation CF, you can cancel your investment commitment up to 48 hours before the offering closes. After the offering closes and funds are disbursed, you cannot cancel your investment. CRTs are subject to a 12-month holding period before they become eligible for resale on the GigaStar Secondary Market, so consider your investment timeline carefully before committing.
